I’ve spent decades helping businesses grow, restructure, and prepare for the next chapter, whether that’s expansion, exit, or something in between. As a Fellow of the ACCA and a chartered certified accountant, I bring both strategic insight and technical precision to every brief. Now, through CMM Consulting, I offer that experience to companies who need clear financial thinking without the full-time overhead.

My work has taken me across continents, working in various sectors, not only as an accountant, but also as a business partner and operator. My experience spans Finance, HR, IT, Health & Safety and Legal functions, often simultaneously, enabling businesses to thrive in challenging environments. I’ve always believed success comes down to empowering teams and building dynamic relationships. I bring a steady hand, an eye for opportunity, and a calm voice when things get complicated. CMM Consulting is a family run business, built on values I stand by and experiences I’ve lived.

From Sainsbury’s to Merlin Entertainments and time spent with immersive brands like Dreamland and KidZania, I’ve worked with some of the UK’s most distinctive and creatively driven retail businesses and visitor attractions. As a chartered accountant and Fellow of the ACCA, I offer a balanced, strategic perspective grounded in real world operational knowledge.
My career started at the ground level, where I learned the value of hard work, collaboration, and dedication. Over the years, I’ve progressed by delivering results that speak for themselves, earning recognition not only for my work but also as leader, empowering others to achieve their best. This journey from floor employee to manager has given me a unique perspective on leadership. I understand what it’s like to start from the bottom, and I’ve made it a priority to pass that experience on by becoming a mentor to others. Leadership isn’t just about directing; it’s about creating an environment where teams not only respect their roles but genuinely enjoy their work, because when a team is motivated, the results follow.
Why I Started CMM Consulting
After years working in a corporate environment, it was clear all businesses can benefit from high-level financial and strategic support, but not necessarily on a full-time basis, or bespoke support to progress a specific objective. CMM Consulting was born out of that ethos: to offer flexible, embedded support that feels like part of your team, not just another advisor. My most recent career phase saw me venture into consultancy on a self employed basis, providing advisory services and strategic business planning within the International education sector. This experience further shaped my approach, allowing me to refine my ability to deliver tailored, strategic insights to clients in diverse industries. I now work alongside leadership teams to manage complex financial decisions, streamline operations, and prepare for growth or exit opportunities.
